Sanyu has upgraded the operating temperature up to 155˚C and is suitable for
high temperature operating AC/DC characterization probe card and Known Good
Die operating customers. AC/DC performance met insulation resistance 10¹⁰
and RF characteristics up to 1.5GHz.
